Payment and Delivery
Payment required to be cleared in full to proceed with the order.
To facilitate the delivery process, please provide your complete address and contact details.
Cancellation
Buyers have the option to cancel an order before the courier is arranged and the order is confirmed by us. In the event of cancellation before confirmation, a full refund will be issued.
If the cancellation occurs after confirmation, the buyer will be responsible for the delivery and return charges, along with a 20% restocking fee.
Damages & Defects
Prior to dispatch, we meticulously inspect all items to ensure their quality. Please allow a tolerance of 1–2 mm for the panel’s dimensions.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to examine the order upon delivery for any defects or damages. Any issues discovered should be promptly reported, accompanied by photographic evidence, before relocating the goods to a suitable protected area. We do not assume liability for goods damaged due to mishandling after shipment once they have been signed for. Therefore, we urge you to carefully inspect your order before signing. In the unfortunate event of damage upon delivery, kindly sign for the item as ‘Damaged. Please send photographic evidence directly to us, including your name and address as a reference.
